Knife brand "FE" Opens New Store on Takeshita Street

"FE," a new knife brand from TAIMATSU Co., Ltd., which operates the Japanese knife brand "MUSASHI JAPAN," has opened a new store on Takeshita Street in Harajuku in collaboration with Genelly Co., Ltd. The project came together after about a year and a half of exchanges and discussions that began around spring 2025.

A Futuristic Store Space

The interior is a stark, silver-toned space combined with red linear lighting. Metallic wall surfaces, curved displays, and geometric display stands express FE's cutting-edge worldview. In the center of the store is a display area where you can view the knives up close and enjoy every detail, from the texture of the blades to the design of the handles.

Selling the "ZAKU" Meteorite Series

The store mainly sells the "ZAKU" meteorite series, created as FE's first release. It is characterized by the contrast between a rough, rugged texture inspired by meteorites and a polished blade edge. Following the Osaka and Kyoto stores, you can now also see and hold the actual products at the Harajuku store.

Genelly's Brand Also on Offer

In addition to FE knives, the store also sells products from "LAZYSLAY," a fashion brand operated by Genelly. By blending two different fields, knives and fashion, into a single space, the store aims to share the appeal of Japanese craftsmanship, even with people who have had little opportunity to handle knives before.
