GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON Acquires Shared Salon "SALON VILLAGE OMOTESANDO," Now "MAiSON Omotesando"

GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shibuya-ku, has acquired the businesses of the shared salons "SALON VILLAGE OMOTESANDO (Omotesando)" and "SALON VILLAGE due. (Ginza)," formerly operated by AHL Co., Ltd. Operations began on September 1, 2026, and the announcement was made on November 5.

A Fresh Start as "MAiSON Omotesando"

The Omotesando salon will be operated as "MAiSON Omotesando," a directly managed store of GO TODAY's private-room, exclusive-use in-house brand "MAiSON." It is located at B1F Prefas Omotesando, 4-11-6 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Under the previous operator, the salon opened in July 2022.

Background to the Acquisition

• Inheriting prime-location sites: With Ginza and Omotesando, two of central Tokyo's most prestigious locations, the company will strengthen its urban expansion under "MAiSON."
• Maintaining the environment for current crew: The company will ensure that the stylists (crew) on staff can keep working at the salons they know well, and will further improve their working environment.
• Accelerating growth through M&A: The company positions acquiring high-quality salon businesses as a pillar of its growth strategy and intends to continue actively pursuing this.

Tsuruta Masaji, CEO of AHL, commented that he judged entrusting the salons to a company that has specialized in operating shared salons to be the best path for the crew to remain active with peace of mind over the long term. Ohba Kunihiko, CEO of GO TODAY, stated that the company will first protect an environment where the current crew can work with peace of mind, and then use its operational expertise to make the salons even more satisfying.
